The Challenge:
North Grove is a new apartment development in Nanaimo. As a subconsultant to the Architects MCM Partnership, Parallel produced the permit and construction drawings for the owner. The projects consists of three buildings, each 4 storeys at a total of 40,000 sq.ft each, wood frame with slab on grade, 146 rental units.
The Solution:
With a local developer, this wood frame multi family building went through the final phase of construction administration in 2020 and is now completed.
