Parallel is involved in a variety of projects ranging through residential and commercial for Intermediate Technologists to join our team environment. We have specific positions available at this time for those with experience in Commercial retail (large and small), concrete, steel and wood frame construction.
Intermediate and Senior Technologist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate technical architectural drawings
- Producing Construction Documents
- Detailing
- Perform product research and develop solutions
- Work with and apply Building Codes and Bylaws
- Monitor and manage time budgets on work performed
- Mentor and develop co-workers
Intermediate Technologist Skills and Attributes:
- 4-6+ years industry experience?
- Strong Revit and/or AutoCAD skills and hands-on experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational Skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Team player who is also able to work on their own and self-direct.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Trouble–shooting and problem solving skills are a must
- Can-do attitude
- Strong facility of the English language (oral communication, written, interpersonal)
